My interest in Quad MX came about after my father acquired the Dirt Bronco track about 5 years ago. In 2007 I entered the competitive racing scene and won both flat track and MX club championships at Dirt Bronco.

In 2008 I upped my racing to Regional level and finished 2nd overall for the season, twelve points behind the overall winner. It was a very tough season and throughout the year we battled to get enough ladies on the start line to qualify as a class.

In 2009 I started racing on National level. In this year the AMU Quad MX was hosted by Dirt Bronco and I walked away victoriously with the first podium position in this international competition. For the remainder of the year, the ladies class again battled to qualify on National and Regional events due to the lack of minimum numbers on the start line.

I won the 2009 Regional Championships and in November 2009 I had the opportunity to compete in the Namibian Inter Series in which I finished 7th overall. Night racing was also introduced at Dirt Bronco for the first time. I competed in the Quad Support Class (combined Ladies, Open and Juniors) and finished 2nd overall in the series.

2010 has a whole lot of new challenges and I truly hope that we can manage to keep the qualifying numbers on the start line throughout the season. I am looking forward to a Batt-sponsored 2010 year in which I will enter for the S.A. Northern Region Ladies Class, Dirt Bronco Club Series and the MX Night Race Series.
